While we are deeply committed to supporting our veterans and promoting mental well-being, it is important to note that Stay Stokedd is not a team of medical professionals. It is crucial to reach out to professionals who are trained to provide the necessary support in such situations. Your well-being is of utmost importance, and while engaging in extreme sports can have positive effects, it is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
